About Soul Frequency Lab

Manifestation methods built with the rigor of an engineer and the depth of a practitioner.

I’m UÄŸur. Not a guru. Not a collective.

Just an electrical and electronics engineer who spent a decade writing code for banking apps by day and quietly testing subconscious reprogramming techniques by night.

I hold a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and have over four years of professional experience building secure mobile applications in Swift, SwiftUI, and modern iOS architectures. I have shipped production software for fintech companies. I know what a feedback loop looks like. I know what “testing a hypothesis” means.

That technical mindset is exactly why my approach to inner work is different.

How This Started

I came to manifestation and subconscious work the way most engineers do: skeptical, demanding proof, and frustrated by how vague most of the material was.

In 2019, I started writing about it in Turkish on sanayazilarim.com a personal blog where I began bridging what I was reading with how I actually think: systematically, with structure, with a willingness to test and discard what does not work.

Over the following years, I worked alongside dozens of practitioners on focused programs 3×33 writing intensives, 21 day subconscious identity protocols, law of attraction frameworks applied to real career and relationship goals. Not as a therapist. As someone in the trenches with them, running the same methods, comparing notes.

What I discovered is that most people fail at manifestation not because the techniques do not work but because they apply them without understanding why they work. Strip the mysticism, understand the mechanism, apply consistently: the results follow.

What You Will Find Here

I write about the techniques I actively use and refine in my own practice, including:

The Promise

If you are looking for grounded, testable methods over vague mysticism practices that respect both your intelligence and your time you are in the right place.

If you are looking for guarantees, magical thinking, or “manifest a Lamborghini in seven days” content, this is not your spot. There are louder corners of the internet for that.

I write because the practice changed my life. I think it can do the same for you if you put in the reps.

Welcome.

UÄŸur

Outside the Practice

When I am not at a keyboard writing code or writing about subconscious work I train in Muay Thai and kickboxing, swim, and try to apply the same discipline to the body that I apply to the mind. These are not separate things.

The same focus that lets you hold a proper guard in sparring lets you hold a consistent inner state during a 33 day writing protocol. Discipline compounds. That is the thesis.

Why I Write in English

The global conversation about manifestation and subconscious transformation happens in English. The research, the teachers, the communities all English. I want to contribute to that conversation directly, with the perspective of someone who comes to it from engineering, from martial arts, from a culture that does not usually show up in this space.

That cross disciplinary perspective is what I can offer that nobody else can.

Core Influences

Joseph Murphy The Power of Your Subconscious Mind remains the clearest mechanistic explanation of how inner work functions.

Neville Goddard The assumption principle, consciousness as the only reality foundational.

Dr. Joe Dispenza Where the neuroscience bridge meets the practice. His work on breaking the habit of being yourself is required reading.

Beyond these core pillars, my perspective has also been shaped by teachings from The Secret, Jerry Hicks, and Aykut OÄŸut. This entire framework is the result of a years long personal development journey, distilled into a concrete practice after studying over 100 books and dozens of video materials.

Martial arts training Muay Thai taught me that the gap between knowing a technique and executing it under pressure is everything. Same in inner work.
